And so we begin again

It has felt like a huge burden to operate somewhat normally for great parts of this year. We burst out the gate in January with tons of plates spinning on sticks, but by late spring, things began to crash around us. So, we withdrew our efforts and got the bare minimum done during the sweltering Florida heat of summer. Now that there has been a shift in both the cosmic positio

n of the planet, a change in the weather, and some new situations in our lives, we are prepared to begin once again. This time, we will scale back our efforts and make a solid attempt to build, much more organically, a community around the most important thing in our lives: Music.

We are going to write in this manner, not out of any pretense of our own importance, but because we hope to grow a community around the music and its production. The basic seed of our philosophy is to "be the change we wish to see," which means we will reach out and collaborate with people whose artistry we find interesting and exciting to engage with: poets, musicians, influencers, philosophers, recording engineers, and visual artists, as well as rappers, producers, and DJs.

Our premise here is that we can use technology to connect this distributed community of individuals into a collective space where we can all collaborate and lift ourselves out of whatever funky situations we are currently in, elevating ourselves through a productive effort to create new, exciting, and interesting artistic projects.
